Procedure for Consumer Complaint Management

TUCO has established a 24x7 Call Centre facility (Toll Free Number +91 21 9240 9000 / Email: support@tuco.in) for effectively resolving consumer complaints.

Consumers can also file Online Complaints on our website.

Step 1

After receiving the complaint at the Call Centre, the Call Centre shall register the complaint and provide a complaint number by SMS / Email.

Step 2

The time and details of the complaint shall be logged by the Call Centre Executives in the Web based Complaint Management system while registering the complaint.

Step 3

The Call Centre shall immediately contact TUCO’s concerned person and forward the complaint details for necessary action.

Step 4

The Call Centre will also be responsible for follows-up on the status of the resolution of any technical complaint.

Step 5

On resolving the problem, the Call Centre shall check with the Consumer on restoration of power supply / other complaints and close the complaint.
